Welcome to the most definitive and unique source of real estate properties for the Dutch Caribbean islands.
It is already two years since we first published our exclusive full color magazine, REALTYME™. It has been a success, an interesting and a challenging experience, all at the same time. Many exciting and positive comments from our customers, both sellers and buyers, but also friends, acquaintances and business relations, have motivated us to continue and strive towards the real estate buyer’s magazine we envisioned when we first started this monumental undertaking.
With the release of this issue, we look back to a very successful period of hard work, growth and perseverance, over the last seven years since Marion Realty commenced operations. Many exciting new things we have planned for the coming years, whereby we will strive to stay at the forefront of new technology and information. Among others, is our website, which is in the process of being completely rebuilt and improved to an interactive resource of information beyond the basics of Real Estate.
Selling a property, is a job that needs a professional who understands the market, but also one that follows up and gives you the service you deserve and pay for. Try us as your real estate broker and experience the difference. Remember, selling your property is only half our service.

Welcome to another issue of the most definitive and unique source of real estate properties for the Dutch Caribbean islands.
We are rapidly approaching the end, of yet another year. An interesting year it has been with, among others, political developments, that have spiked the confidence in our economy. The real estate market for one, has been growing steadily. Many development projects and expansions on existing projects, that have been on hold for years, as far back as 1997, have suddenly found new life.
For years, there hasn’t been so much construction going on, as there is currently. Large projects like hotels and office buildings, but also housing communities, exclusive gated communities, expansions and shopping centers have been and are built.
More projects are coming and 2008 will be even more exciting to those in real estate. The confidence of local and international investors is clearly back and we are seeing foreign investors coming to the island, investing in anything from homes to small and large projects.

In a continuous effort to improve our services, sales and marketing activities in favor of our clients, which not only includes sellers or buyers, but also renters, investors or anyone just seeking information in the early stages, Marion Realty has started development of yet it's latest version of a complete new interactive and user friendly website. The total revision of this new website will take several months. This is the fourth major revision of the website since Marion Realty first launched its original website in March 2001. Since its launch, because of continued efforts marionr.com has reached a total of 400,000 hits per month and steadily increasing. The number of hits and ranking position of marionr.com will increase even faster when the new website is operational, with the necessary skilled intervention and constant work of our internal web specialists.
The new website will have a complete new look. The home page will be a gathering of multiple links to sections of interest and use. The very handy quick search tool will obviously remain as is. But a more advanced version will be available, with the power to search for just about any amenity our feature you could thinks of. In addition there will be more feature-homes displayed that will rotate in predefined time sequence. Also important links to news, investor information, government requirements, mortgage institutions, home builders, movers, home improvement, immigration and custom requirements, calculators, etc. will be included.
More details will be withheld for obvious reasons, but the new website promises to become the source for anyone looking to buy, rent or sell a house, building, apartment, lot or even a business.

Marion Realty today launched its real estate magazine called REALTYME. The magazine features a partial offering of its portofolio of residential and commercial properties, which are for sale or rent. As we progress through the release of future issues, more feature articles and properties will be included in the contents.
